Know how to rest properly after a stressful day

Sometimes you just ignore the whispers of your body to relax and sometimes you explain that you are not worth taking a vacation. We are not always able to avoid stress, but we are able to manage it. Giving your heart sometime to relax has many benefits in keeping you focused, helping you have enough energy for the next day's tasks.

Make your downtime a part of your schedule. Make sure that when you are kicking your shoe, sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee. When things normally get busy, its too late at the end of the day and you have to go to bed and sleep to be able to do all this again in the morning. Plan a little break through the day.
Disconnect from anything you are working on. Avoid worrying about the next day's work as it already is tomorrow. When you leave your desk, try to keep your ideas as possible about work. Even if you are trying to relax, you are still stressing what happens next to you might be wasting a few minutes of value.
Get rid of stress in you body
(1): Run your self in a warm shower or bath. Water has calming effect on the body and taking a bath helps you to relieve stress

(2): Listen to music; May be you've been listening to music all your life to restrain yourself. Reduce your heart rate by listening to soothing sounds that will make you calm.

(3): Try to meditate or be listened; There's nothing coplicated about finding a comfortable chair or lying on a comfortable position, closing your eyes, and observing your body and experiences around you.

(4): Use your breadth: Deep breathing can lower your heart rate and lower your blood pressure.

Enjoy life and make life pleasant and satisfying by using  time to relax your brain.
